Animals From Another Planet

Barcelona claims yet another innovative and quirky design star in young Jamie Hayon. With the Animals from Another Planet group, Hayon merges his two extreme interests: His kooky vinyl toys and his surreal ceramic sculptures. These weird and wonderful riffs on the pig include Pig-Pig, Dolphi-Pig and Ele-Pig. The porcelain trio is available in white with pink flourishes, or lusterous platinum. Each boasts its own unique decoration and shape. Produced by Bosa in Italy and packaged in a specially designed box marking the collectible aspect of the work.
