Design [Soccer] Futsal Ball
Now you can really have the whole world in your hands. These regulation-sized futsal balls (that's indoor soccer for the rest of us) by IDEA in Japan merge graphic appeal and the biggest sport in the universe, along with an effort to convey ecological awareness. Each ball is contained in an organic cotton bag by an organization in Japan employing developmentally disabled adults. The patchwork colored ball is called "I'm Only One," because skilled Pakistan workers are encouraged to add their personal "color creativity" to each one. All balls are Fair Trade certified. Plus, a dollar from sales of each ball goes to GLOBE Project (http://globe-project.jp/), a mine clearance program in Cambodia. To that, we say: Gooooaaaalllll!
