Skull Tea or Coffee Set

A+R Exclusive! What's your poison? For us, it's a good cuppa of caffeine--some days tea, others coffee. So we got quite a jolt when we spotted these porcelain pots and cups from Studio Piršč, the new collection we're thrilled to be introducing. We discovered Daniel Piršč on our recent European scouting tour. And, like his fellow Czechs at Studio Qubus, whom we introduced to the U.S. four years ago, we know Studio Piršč is going to be a hit.
The Prague-educated artist founded his studio in the southern Czech Republic town of Mikulov in 2005, with the motto “Porcelain can be different.” In this case, the skull and crossbones appear in negative relief and unglazed for a quiet, elegant effect.
